Payment

Our main currency on the website is Indonesian Rupiah.

For USD or EUR: Simply choose your preferred currency on the bottom left corner of our website. Please note that this is for reference only as exchange rate fluctuations may occur! The easiest payment method is credit card / PayPal. You can simply choose this option during checkout and we'll send an invoice out directly in USD :)

 

Worldwide Shipping

International: All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours with trackable shipping, which will take 10-14 days before it arrives on your doorstep. We currently offer a flat $30 / IDR 420,000 shipping worldwide. Shipping to Singapore is $15 / IDR 210,000 and a bit faster (3-5 days).

Domestic: All orders shipping in Indonesia ships for free - yay!

 

International Returns

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we'd like to suggest customers from outside of Indonesia to refund your order for store credit before ordering a new item. As we mention above, please make sure to return the item(s) you'd like to exchange in their original packaging and state (unworn, unwashed). Please find more information in the FAQs below. 

 

No Poly Plastic Guarantee

We use absolutely no plastics-polybag. Your order is packed in a zero waste, naturally dyed pouch that is uber handy and so damn cute.

 

 

Questions and Answers

 

  • What's your return policy?

    Is your purchase not the right size or not quite what you expected? We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For all returns, please contact us via hello@sukkhacitta.com, stating your order number and why you would like to return your item.

    Please note that we only offer refunds in store credit for the item's value. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fee. Furthermore, your items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same, unworn state in which you received them. Please do not wash clothes you'd like to return.     We strive to always be better. We’d like to hear why you return your items so that we can continue to improve. If there’s anything you’re unhappy with, please let us know so we can fix this for other customers.

  • How do I wash your clothes?

    The short answer: For all of our clothes we recommend handwash with mild (i.e. bleach free!) detergent. For more information, have a look at our quick and easy Washing Guide :)

  • Will I receive customs/import duties?

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we are not in control of this as customs charges are subject to your local government.

  • I waited - now the piece I'm in love with is sold out :( Will you be restocking?

    As everything is handcrafted, it takes a lot of time to make. We produce in very limited quantities to avoid overproduction (a leading source of pollution in the fashion industry). That means that essentially all of our collections are limited edition and aren’t always restocked. When things sell out, we try to restock as soon as we can, but the health of our planet, you, and the artisans who make your clothes always comes first.

    That being said, if you've been eyeing a piece, get it while it's available!

  • Why do we never see sales?

    What does a sale mean? It means you're producing more than what the world needs and that piece's value has to be lowered to get rid of it. It all comes from the norm of overproducing and excess, pressured to launch new things every season.

    But we wanna do things differently. Shake things up, gently. So we'd rather produce better and make sure all the proceeds from your purchase change the world through our Artisan Development Programs.

  • Can I try on your clothes?
