The easiest payment method internationally is credit card or PayPal. You can simply choose this option during checkout and we'll send an invoice out directly in US$!
Shipping within Indonesia: All orders shipping in Indonesia ships for free - yay! All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours - after which you will receive an email with the tracking code of your package.
International shipping: All international orders currently ships for a flat rate of $30 / IDR 420,000. All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours with trackable DHL Express, which will take 3-4 days before it arrives on your doorstep.
Should you need expedited shipping, please feel free to reach out to email@example.com. Please note that we don't ship during weekends or national holidays - we need rest too :)!
Will I receive customs/import duties?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we are not in control of this as customs and import duty charges are subject to the local government.
Will my order be covered in plastics?
Fun fact: we're not big fans of being wasteful. The idea of using plastics as packaging keeps us up at night. So, we designed the cutest #MadeRight ® packaging ever from our leftover and reject fabrics! Your order will be packed in zero waste, naturally dyed pouch that is uber handy and so damn cute.

Will you be restocking?
As everything is handcrafted, it takes a lot of time to make. We produce in very limited quantities to avoid overproduction (a leading source of pollution in the fashion industry). That means that essentially all of our collections are limited edition and aren’t always restocked. When things sell out, we try to restock as soon as we can, but the health of our planet, you, and the artisans who make your clothes always comes first.
That being said, if you've been eyeing a piece, get it while it's available!
Why do we never see sales?
What does a sale mean? It means you're producing more than what the world needs and that piece's value has to be lowered to get rid of it. It all comes from the norm of overproducing and excess, pressured to launch new things every season.
But we wanna do things differently. Shake things up, gently. So we'd rather produce better and make sure all the proceeds from your purchase change the world through our Artisan Development Programs.
What is your return policy?
Is your purchase not the right size or not quite what you expected? We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For all returns, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number and why you would like to return your item.
Please note that we only offer refunds in store credit for the item's value. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fee. Furthermore, your items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same, unworn state in which you received them. Please do not wash clothes you'd like to return. Due to the complexities of international shipping, we'd like to suggest customers from outside of Indonesia to refund your order for store credit before ordering a new item. As in the case of returns, please make sure to return the item(s) you'd like to exchange in their original packaging and state (unworn, unwashed).
