Shipping within Indonesia: All orders shipping in Indonesia ships for free - yay! All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours - after which you will receive an email with the tracking code of your package.
International shipping: All international orders currently ships for a flat rate of $15 / IDR 200,000. All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours with trackable DHL Express, which should take about 4-5 days before it arrives on your doorstep.
Should you need expedited shipping, please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we don't ship during weekends or national holidays - we need rest too :)!
Will I receive customs/import duties?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
What is your return policy?
Is your purchase not the right size or not quite what you expected? We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For all returns, please contact us via email@example.com, stating your order number and why you would like to return your item.
Please note that we only offer refunds in store credit. Furthermore, your items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same, unworn state in which you received them. Please do not wash clothes you'd like to return. Click here to learn more.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange your purchase for a different item within 14 days of receiving your order. For all exchanges, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number and why you would like to exchange your item. We'll happily guide you through the steps.
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we'd like to suggest customers from outside of Indonesia to refund your order for store credit before ordering a new item. As in the case of returns, please make sure to return the item(s) you'd like to exchange in their original packaging and state (unworn, unwashed).
