Open positions:

1. Partnerships Manager

Full time | Hybrid Locations (SukkhaCitta HQ + Remote)


We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented team player who is driven to grow our business. As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our B2B clients and identifying opportunities for business growth. For this role, we are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B sales strategy. You'll be in charge of outreach and pitching to find new corporate clients for SukkhaCitta and our materials platform #MadeRight Supply.
  • Increase international wholesale retailers. You'll nurture our relationships with existing retailers while actively adding new international distribution partners.
  • Manage popups and other sales events.
  • Handle partnerships with stakeholders. From government agencies, communities, advocates, and various partners.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in business development, marketing or sales. Fashion and retail experience is a must. We need goal oriented quick learners who are ready to run to strengthen our retail operations.
  • Independent, proactive, and can work under pressure (running a social enterprise is not for the faint hearted). Sometimes, we have to roll up our sleeves and figure it out. We'll expect you to go above and beyond as we grow this mission together.
  • Long term alignment. As with everything we do, we're here for the long haul. We're looking for someone who can grow with us for years to come.
  • Preferably someone who owns a SukkhaCitta piece. We love working with believers.
  • Indonesian national.

2. Event Volunteers

Brightspot Market | 26-29 September and 3-6 October 2024

 

We're looking for volunteers to help with our upcoming popup event in Brightspot Market (Somewhere in Central Jakarta). You'll be responsible for the entire retail experience, such as:

  • Assisting customers in making buying decisions.
  • Explain the journey and stories behind each piece.
  • Processing sales through our POS system.
  • Manage inventory in the booth.

WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • People person and a great communicator.
  • Passion for styling and loves to make our community feel appreciated.
  • Experience in fashion retail is a plus!
  • Indonesian national.
