KEMBANG - Sylk Throw
Marigold, Jasmine and Indigo flowers are drawn by hand to reconnect you with what matters. Our Ibus reinterpreted the abundance of pollinator flowers growing harmoniously in our regenerative farms into this art piece. Each is a reminder for you to nurture your inner gardens.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Effortless elegance. Style its fluid silhouette draped over your shoulder, as a statement scarf, or as a snuggly outer that keep you warm. You'll never meet a more versatile piece of art.
- Light and airy. Crafted from luxurious Eucalyptus Sylk and dyed only with plants, sun and mountain water. Its botanical black took our Ibus 30 dips in our SweetIndigo vat.
- A real Batik Tulis piece. Each flower lovingly drawn with hot wax and a tjanting. Taking an Ibu 3 months to craft, just for you.
-
The perfect gift. With complementary eco-giftwrapping. Make it personal with a custom monogram.
Pairs beautifully with the Knot Pants.
STORY
SERIBU BUNGA is a reminder for hope. Jasmine flowers were used by mothers to pass on Batik craft to their daughters. A motif that was forgotten as they were forced to abandon their heritage in search of a better life. Today, they bloom once more in the homes of our Ibus in East Java. Each petal symbolises the regenerative power of many hands working together for our shared future.

SAKURA pieces are so meaningful, a meaningful reminder to cherish the beauty of each day. They're absolutely beautiful, gorgeous to wear in any occasions, from a sunny day with fresh breeze on the beach to candlelight dinner with loved ones.
Bought myself presents to start a new year with meaningful cloths that bring impacts to society and environment. Amazing sylk throw and handwoven jacket. Thumbs up to Gita too for all her help 😊
What I find extra intriguing and special from this throw is actually the hidden mother-of-pearl buttons that I can fasten or unfasten depending how I want to style it. There are just so many ways I can wear it! As a kimono, check. As a scarf, check. And even as a hijab! I don't wear a hijab, but I've seen my friends tried it on as one and it makes me all the more fascinated by this piece. I love the subtle elegance that this throw brings, because I can wear a simple sleeveless top and a pair of pants underneath the throw and my style would still look somewhat more refined than usual.
I love my noir Angkasa throw, just arrived. The garment is soft to touch and beautifully inspiring to wrap myself in. Such an elegant and meaningful design, wearing stars the Ibus have created feels so uplifting ✨
