What is The SukkhaCitta Circle?

The SukkhaCitta Circle is our loyalty program, rewarding our community for their continued purchases and support. To see a full list of our tiers, perks and terms and conditions, please click here.

How does the loyalty program work?

SukkhaCitta Circle members enjoy a list of exclusive perks and special pricing.

In our ASHTA and Plaza Indonesia boutiques, your special prices will be applied automatically by our sales team. Just give them your phone number or email address.

For online purchases, you will receive a personal discount code you can apply upon checkout. 

Where can I enjoy my rewards?

As a Circle member, you will receive invitations, exclusive early access to new collections etc. through a dedicated email and WhatsApp service. 

Special pricing applies for purchases made:

  • On our official online boutique www.sukkhacitta.com
  • Through WhatsApp
  • In our ASHTA flagship store
  • In our Plaza Indonesia location

Please note that the special pricing does not apply:

How do I know my tier?

Your tier is calculated based on your past purchases. As a new customer, you will begin your journey as a Seeker. Every time, you move into a new tier, you will be notified by our team. 

Please note that tiers will be updated every beginning of the month.

Why hasn’t my tier changed yet?

Please note that we review and update our tiers every beginning of the month. So there may be a slight delay between your last purchase and you moving to a new tier.

Why do you ask for my birthday? Is it required?

We only ask for your name, email, and phone number to join.

Sharing your birthday is totally optional—but if you do, you’ll receive a special birthday reward 🎂 (Tip: You can leave out the year if you prefer!)

What happens when I move up to a new tier?

You’ll receive a personal message from our team celebrating the milestone—along with updated perks and your new discount code. Your perks will apply from the moment your tier is updated (usually at the beginning of each month).

Can I use my loyalty discount during a sale or promotion?

In most cases, loyalty perks cannot be combined with other discounts, sales, or promotional events.

During special events (e.g. Brightspot), you may choose to use either the event discount or your loyalty reward.

Can I transfer my perks to someone else?

Perks and discounts are linked to your personal account and cannot be transferred to others. But don’t worry—we’d love to welcome your friends into the Circle too!

Do my perks expire? Or is there a minimum spend every year?

Currently, The SukkhaCitta Circle is based on lifetime impact—so your tier does not go down, and there’s no expiry on your progress.
