By participating in the SukkhaCitta Loyalty Program (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership & Eligibility

• Membership is free and open to all SukkhaCitta customers who are at least 18 years of age.
• Membership is for individual customers only. Companies, corporations, and other legal entities are not eligible to participate in the Program.
• To enroll, you must provide a valid email address and other required information.
• SukkhaCitta reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

2. Program Scope and Channels

• Earning Eligibility: Purchases that count towards your loyalty tier spending can only be made through SukkhaCitta's official channels. These include our website (www.sukkhacitta.com), direct orders via WhatsApp, purchases at SukkhaCitta-owned stores, and official SukkhaCitta events.
• Benefit Redemption: All loyalty program benefits and discounts can only be redeemed on these same official SukkhaCitta channels.
• Exclusions: Purchases made from SukkhaCitta's retail partners or other third-party marketplaces are not eligible for the Program and will not count towards your lifetime spending. Furthermore, loyalty benefits cannot be used or redeemed at these retail partner locations.
• Sales Events and Jakarta Premium Outlet Location: The program cannot be combined with occasional sales events where we offer special promotions (e.g. Brightspot Market) and transactions at our Jakarta Premium outlet (JPO) store. In these instances, loyalty program members can choose between using either the event/ JPO promotions OR the loyalty program discount. Not both.

3. Program Tiers

• The Program consists of four tiers: Seeker, Pollinator, Regenerator and Earth Keeper.
• Your tier is determined by your total lifetime spending on SukkhaCitta products, starting from 1 January 2023.
• For the current spending thresholds for each tier and a detailed list of all benefits, please refer to the table below.
• Benefits associated with a new tier will only be applicable to purchases made after you have officially reached that tier. The transaction that qualifies you for a new tier will not be eligible for the new tier's benefits.
• Your tier will be updated periodically (e.g., monthly or quarterly) based on your accumulated spending. You will be notified of any tier changes.
• SukkhaCitta reserves the right to modify the spending thresholds for each tier and the benefits associated with them at any time.

4. Program Benefits

• Each tier offers a unique set of benefits, which may include discounts, exclusive offers, early access to new products, or special promotions.
• All discounts and benefits are subject to availability and may have specific terms, such as expiration dates or exclusions (e.g., sale items, specific collections).
• Discounts and benefits provided through this Program cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discounts and other benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash.
• Birthday Week Discounts: The birthday week discount is valid for 7 consecutive days, including 3 days before, the day of, and 3 days after your registered birthday. To redeem, your date of birth must be registered in your account at least 14 days before your birthday. Please note that the birthday discount is limited to one transaction across all channels.

5. Data Privacy

• By joining the Program, you consent to SukkhaCitta collecting, using, and processing your personal data (including purchase history) to manage the Program and provide you with personalized offers and communications.
• SukkhaCitta will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant Indonesian data protection laws. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Program Changes & Termination

• SukkhaCitta reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
• Changes may include altering tier benefits, spending thresholds, or the entire Program structure.
• SukkhaCitta will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email or through our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

• SukkhaCitta is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Program.
• You agree to release SukkhaCitta, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or liability related to your participation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
